Shipping Options

We are super excited to ship your order to you! We ship to most countries. If your country is not listed during checkout, please get in touch and we'll figure out how to ship to your country!

We offer either Standard shipping or Express shipping depending on the shipping location. Please head to the checkout to get an estimate on shipping rates.

standard shipping - 10-14 working days (tracking available)
express shipping - 3-5 working days (tracking available)

Shipping Made to Order and In-stock Items

If you've bought both made-to-order and in-stock items, your complete order will be shipped together once everything is ready. If you wish to receive the in-stock items quicker, please place separate orders.

The estimated shipping date provided for made-to-order items is an estimation that we will do our best to meet. If we feel our production is getting delayed, we will get in touch with you and keep you updated.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO at this time.

We also cannot ship to more than one address per order. please place separate orders for each address.


Taxes & Duties

Prices on our website do not include import duties or taxes.

Depending on your country’s customs laws, you could be charged an additional fee or tax, or duty. These chargers by your country are your responsibility. They will be charged upon arrival.

In our limited experience in shipping small orders internationally from Sri Lanka to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia so far our customers have not been charged any additional taxes. Shipping to Italy and Germany got a 30%+ charge. However, this does not mean your order will arrive tax-free and we cannot be held responsible for sharing this information. We will update this as we learn more. 

For more information on customs, duties, taxes, and other import charges, please get in touch with your local customs office. Occasionally, customs agents may delay the delivery of packages at their discretion.

Order Tracking Information

  1. Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with the tracking information
  2. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

Refused Shipments

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact us at returns@sebastco.com so we can get you sorted.

If you refuse your order or any part of it without our approval, you will be responsible for the total cost.

Redirecting An Order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
