returns

products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. read the full returns policy here.

- spot clean the cotton fabric with mild soap to remove dust/dirt and recover the colour.

- to take off more stubborn marks/residue, gently use an old toothbrush with a light cleaning agent.

- do not wring off excess water after cleaning as the coconut-fibre core may lose its shape irrecoverably. leave in shade to dry.
